Hi, I’m Emma!
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, I’m a joyful person who loves to travel, dance, and connect with people. I devote myself to learning, teaching, and following my heart.
Throughout my 11 years as a yoga student and teaching, I’ve come to realize that a lot of the yoga practice actually happens everywhere.
A transformational tool and a way of life, yoga gently expands into our relationship with our bodies, how we move through life’s challenges, and how we connect with ourselves and the world around us.
With a “yoga is everywhere” mindset, you access yoga anywhere you are - living a more present, balanced and grateful life.
